India’s KEC International to issue up to Rs. 2.75 billion debentures

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 7 – KEC International Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its committee of directors will meet on Oct. 14 to approve an issue of up to Rs. 2.75 billion redeemable secured nonconvertible debentures.

The rated and listed debentures will be issued via private placement.

KEC International is an electric power transmission company based in Mumbai.
