India’s KEC committee to mull repurchasing Rs. 1 billion debentures

Olympia, Wash., June 1 – KEC International Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its committee of directors will meet on Thursday to consider a proposal to repurchase Rs. 1 billion of secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures were issued on Oct. 28, 2016.

KEC International is an electric power transmission company based in Mumbai.
