BMO plans barrier bullish digital return notes on Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, Oct. 24 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% bullish digital return notes with barrier due April 30, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index never closes below its 70% barrier level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus a digital return of 12.5%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 26.

The Cusip number is 06367WDL4.
