BMO plans buffered bullish enhanced notes tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, June 14 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 20%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to the buffer, which will be 20.50% to 23.5%, and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer, with the exact percentage to be set at pricing.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on June 26 and settle on June 29.

The Cusip number is 06367T6P0.
