BMO to price buffered bullish enhanced return notes on iShares MSCI EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 25 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 15%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 19% to 22% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 19% to 22% buffer, which will be set at pricing.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 26.

The Cusip number is 06367TG87.
