By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., June 26 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% bullish digital return notes with barrier due July 31, 2018 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If both underlying assets finish at or above the barrier level, 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.9%.

If the lesser performer finishes below the barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performer declines from its initial level.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on June 27.
