New Issue: BMO sells $233,000 of buffered bullish enhanced notes on MSCI EM ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 29 – Bank of Montreal priced $233,000 of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Nov. 30, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, capped at a maximum payout of $1,140 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 26% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 26%.
