Bank of Montreal plans buffered bullish digital plus notes on Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., April 11 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish digital plus notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the digital return of 31%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on April 26 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip is 06367TDJ6.
