New Issue: Bank of Montreal sells $378,000 buffered bullish notes on iShares EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 29 – Bank of Montreal priced $378,000 of buffered bullish enhanced return notes due May 31, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 21%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 5% and will be exposed to losses beyond 5%.
