New Issue: Bank of Montreal prices $85,000 buffered bullish notes on iShares EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 4 – Bank of Montreal priced $85,000 of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due March 31, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any fund gain, subject to a maximum return of 24%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 5%.
