New Issue: Bank of Montreal prices $435,000 notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 30 – Bank of Montreal priced $435,000 of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 132.5% of any ETF gain. Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% that the shares decline beyond 15%.
