BMO plans bullish enhanced notes with lookback linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, March 3 - Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% bullish enhanced return notes with lookback feature due March 31, 2017 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The initial index level will be the lowest official closing level of the index during the observation period, which will be the period from and including the pricing date to and including the day that is one month following pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 35%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on March 26 and settle on March 31.

The Cusip number is 06366RTH8.
