New Issue: Bank of Montreal prices $151,000 buffered bullish notes on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Feb. 10 - Bank of Montreal priced $151,000 of 0% buffered bullish return notes due Feb. 11, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 15.75%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
