New Issue: BMO prices $1.23 million barrier notes linked to Amazon
Chicago, Oct. 30 – Bank of Montreal priced $1.23 million of barrier notes due Oct. 25, 2024 linked to the common stock performance of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay 10.1% in monthly interest.
At maturity, investors will receive par if the stock finishes above the 75% trigger level.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed the losses of the stock, payable in cash or shares at the option of the issuer.
