New Issue: BMO prices $410,000 autocallable market linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 16 – Bank of Montreal priced $410,000 of 0% autocallable market linked notes due March 31, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 12% if the index closes above its initial level on Sept. 25, 2025.
If the notes are not called, and the index closes above its initial level, the payout out maturity will be double the gain. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
