Chicago, April 14 – Bank of Montreal sold $400 million of series F floating-rate notes due April 14, 2023 with an interest rate based on SOFR plus 27 basis points, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is paid quarterly.
The notes were sold at 99.94.
BMO Capital Markets sold the notes.
Proceeds will be contributed to the general funds of Bank of Montreal and used for general corporate purposes.
Bank of Montreal is a Montreal-based banking and financial services provider.
