China’s Yingde Gases to redeem all 6¼% senior notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 9 – Yingde Gases Investment Ltd. will fully redeem its $500 million 6¼% senior notes due 2023 on Oct. 15 at 103.125 plus interest, according to a letter to the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The notes are guaranteed by Airpower Technologies Ltd.

Yingde Gases is a Hong Kong-based industrial gas supplier.
