Madison, Wis., Aug. 18 – Kolao Holdings priced S$60 million of 2% three-year global private placement bonds guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), according to a notice.
Proceeds will be used to repay existing Korean won-denominated bonds and to repay working capital.
Kolao is a Korean enterprise with operations based in Vientiane, Laos. Its businesses include new car distribution, used car distribution, motorcycle manufacturing and sales, automotive wholesale and after sales and maintenance services. CGIP is the trust fund of the Asian Development Bank.
