Equity Commonwealth calls all $275 million 7.25% series E preferreds

Morgantown, W.Va., April 12 – Equity Commonwealth called all $275 million of its outstanding 7.25% series E cumulative redeemable preferred shares for redemption on May 15, according to a press release.

The series E preferreds will be redeemed at a price of $25 per share, plus any accrued dividends on May 16, the first business day after the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Shareowner Services is the redemption agent.

Equity Commonwealth is a Chicago-based real estate investment trust focused on commercial offices with holdings in the United States and Australia.
