New Issue: Korea Western Power sells $300 million 2 3/8% notes due 2022

Los Angeles, July 22 – Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. issued $300 million of 2 3/8% notes due 2022 on Monday, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Credit Agricole CIB are lead managers and bookrunners.

Korea Western Power is an electric company based in Taean-gun, South Korea.
