New Issue: Korea Western Power sells $300 million 4 1/8% green notes due 2025

Los Angeles, June 28 – Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. issued $300 million of 4 1/8% notes due 2025 on Tuesday, according to a notice.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB and Mizuho Securities were the joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offer.

Korea Western Power is an electric company based in Taean-gun, South Korea.
