Philippines’ Century Properties eyes possible bond issuance

Morgantown, W.Va., April 17 – Century Properties Group Inc. said it may consider another bond issuance to finance its affordable housing projects.

The company would offer the bonds toward year-end or early 2020.

The company said depending on market conditions and its needs, it may issue debt or equity to fund its affordable housing projects.

Century Properties is a Makati City, Philippines-based real estate company.
