New Issue: Bank of India issues Rs. 15 billion of 8.57% tier II bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 7 – Bank of India informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that raised Rs. 15 billion of Basel III compliant tier II bonds, series XII.

The bonds have an 8.57% coupon and have been rated AA(+) by Brickwork and AA(+) by Crisil.

The Bank of India is a Mumbai-based corporate banking and financial services company.
