New Issue: Bank of India sells Rs. 10 billion 8.54% series V upper tier II bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 29 -Bank of India informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it sold Rs. 10 billion of series V upper tier II bonds.

The 8.54% bonds have a call option after 10 years.

The issuer is a Mumbai, India-based state-controlled bank.
