New Issue: Thailand’s G Capital prices 300 million baht 5.2% debentures due 2016

Madison, Wis., Oct. 3 – G Capital PCL announced it priced up to 300 million baht of 1˝-year unsubordinated debentures with a fixed coupon of 5.2%.

Asia Plus Securities PCL is the lead arranger for the offering.

The total amount of debentures outstanding at any time, including the company’s existing debentures, is not to exceed 800 million baht, or the equivalent in other currencies, according to a previous notice.

The company’s board of directors approved the offering in August.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, as noted before.

Settlement is slated for Oct. 9.

Based in Bangkok, G Capital provides hire-purchase agreements for agricultural machinery as well as asset and personal loans.
