B-Scada raises $800,000 through private placement of its common stock

Company sells 2,424,242 shares at $0.33 per share to Yorkmont Capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 6 – B-Scada, Inc. completed a $100,000 private placement of stock with Yorkmont Capital Partners, LP on Aug. 6, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal priced on Aug. 4.

The company sold 2,424,242 common shares at $0.33 apiece, a 29.79% discount to the closing share price, $0.47, on Aug. 1.

The Crystal River, Fla., company develops software products for the visualization and monitoring of real time data in heavy industry.
