Bank of England planning sale of three-year notes via four bookrunners

Virginia Beach, March 9 – The Bank of England is planning a dollar-denominated offering of three-year notes (Aa1/AAA/), according to an informed source and a company release.

The sale is being done under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Bookrunners are Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The central bank of the United Kingdom is based in London.
