Knoxville, Tenn., March 3 – The Bank of England priced $2 billion of 0.25% three-year notes at 99.637 on Tuesday to yield mid-swaps plus 12 basis points, according to a market source and a news release.
Initial price talk was in the mid-swaps plus 15 basis points area. The notes launched at mid-swaps plus 12 bps.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., RBC Capital Markets LLC and Toronto-Dominion Bank were the bookrunners.
London-based Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom.
