Moody's: Metaldyne, Grede unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said the announcement by Metaldyne Performance Group Inc. that it completed its acquisition of Metaldyne LLC (B1/stable), ASP HHI Acquisition Co. (B2/stable) and Grede Holdings LLC (B1/stable) currently does not impact the ratings of the three rated entities.
