Moody’s reviews William Lyon Homes for upgrade

Moody’s Investors Service said it placed the ratings of William Lyon Homes, Inc.’s under review for upgrade following the announcement it entered an agreement to be acquired by Taylor Morrison Home Corp.

The ratings placed under review include Lyon’s B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating, and the B2 senior unsecured ratings on the notes of Lyon and WLH PNW Finance Corp. The company’s SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating is unchanged.
