Bank of China (Hong Kong) to offer 10-year dollar-denominated notes

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 2 - Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd. plans to price an issue of dollar-denominated fixed-rate subordinated notes due 2020, according to a news release from parent BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Ltd.

BOC International, Deutsche Bank and UBS AG will be the lead managers for the issue.

The bank plans to list the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

Proceeds will be used to repay all or a portion of the Hong Kong-based bank's subordinated credit facility.
