New Issue: Bank of China prices HK$2 billion 1.33% notes due 2024

Chicago, Feb. 22 – Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd. sold HK$2 billion of 1.33% senior notes due 2024 (Aa3) at par, according to a pricing supplement.

Listing is on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
