New Issue: Spain’s DomusVi prices €328 million secured notes in two tranches

Portland, Ore., Oct. 27 – HomeVi SAS, the holding company for France-based DomusVI, priced €328 million of senior secured notes (B2/B) in two tranches on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The deal included a €128 million add-on to the 6 7/8% senior secured notes due Aug. 15, 2021 that priced at 106 to yield 5.51%.

Also a €200 million tranche of new five-year senior secured floating-rate notes priced at par to yield Euribor plus 425 bps.

The company, which provides services to elderly people in France and in Spain, plans to use the proceeds as part of the financing for the contemplated acquisition of the SARquavitae group, an elderly care services provider in Spain.
