Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $13.86 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 30, 2022 linked to a basket containing two indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Alerian MLP index (50% weight) and the Bloomberg Commodity index (50% weight).
If the return of basket is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 125% of the basket return, up to par plus 40%.
If the basket falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
If the basket falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
