Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 12 – BofA Finance LLC priced $9.81 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Oct. 28, 2022 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 192.2% of the index return.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
