JPMorgan to price two-year notes linked to Bloomberg Commodity

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% notes due Jan. 21, 2020 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be 95.85% of par plus an additional amount. The additional amount is equal to the index return, subject to a floor of zero. Investors will receive a positive return only if the index gains by at least 4.15%, but investors will receive at least 95.85% of par at maturity.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 12.
The Cusip number is 46647MPS6.
