New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.03 million buffered notes linked to Bloomberg Commodity

Chicago, Oct. 15 – Morgan Stanley priced $1.03 million of 0% buffered securities due Oct. 16, 2019 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 101% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
