New Issue: CIBC prices $3.73 million of capped Mitts linked to Bloomberg Commodity

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 26 – Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce priced $3.73 million of 0% capped Market Index Target-Term Securities due Sept. 25, 2026 tied to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.3 times any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 50%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
