Central Brown County Water, Wis., organizes $109.62 million bond deal

New York, July 21 – The Central Brown County Water Authority of Wisconsin plans to sell $109,615,000 of series 2014A water system revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (/A+/AA-) will be sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. The co-managers are Baird & Co. and Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley & Co.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2035.
Proceeds will be used to advance refund the authority’s series 2005 water system revenue bonds.
