Sound Point CLO VII withdraws plans to redeem six classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., July 16 – Sound Point CLO VII, Ltd./Sound Point CLO VII, LLC said the direction to redeem six classes of secured notes was withdrawn.

As previously reported, the issuer had received direction from its collateral manager to redeem each class of secured notes from sale proceeds.

The following notes were scheduled to be redeemed on July 23 at par plus accrued interest:

• $315 million of class A-R notes for a redemption price of $317,915,517.15;

• $62.5 million of class B-R notes for a redemption price of $63,149,569.38;

• $32.5 million of class C-R notes for a redemption price of $32,891,175.38;

• $28.75 million of class D notes for a redemption price of $29,183,248.09;

• $21.25 million of class E notes for a redemption price of $21,637,370.95; and

• $6.25 million of class F notes for a redemption price of $6,376,571.52.
