Bank of America to price fixed-to-floating notes due 2026, 2031

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 10 – Bank of America Corp. plans to price two tranches of series N medium-term fixed-to-floating rate senior notes (A2/A-/A+) on Monday, according to a market source and a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The deal includes notes due Feb. 13, 2026 with initial price talk at a spread in the Treasuries plus 80 basis points area.

A tranche of notes due Feb. 13, 2031 is initially talked to price in the Treasuries plus 110 bps area.

BofA Securities Inc. is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
