Olympia, Wash., Aug. 5 – BofA Finance LLC priced $204,000 of 0% notes due Jan. 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
