New Issue: BofA Finance sells $3.15 million enhanced return notes on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 17 – BofA Finance LLC priced $3.15 million of 0% enhanced return notes due July 9, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at par plus 11.04%.

If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
