New Issue: BofA sells $500,000 notes on S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend

Olympia, Wash., May 1 – BofA Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% notes due April 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 10%. If the index falls, the payout will be par.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the selling agent.
