Olympia, Wash., Feb. 15 – Bank of America Corp. amended the underwriter fee for its recently priced $35 million of step-up callable notes due Feb. 15, 2024, according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The fee was changed to 0.65% from 0.369% previously.
All other terms of the notes are unchanged.
Interest will be 3.25% initially, stepping up to 3.5% on Aug. 15, 2020, to 3.75% on Feb. 15, 2022 and to 4.25% on Feb. 15, 2023. Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable in whole at par on each interest payment date beginning Feb. 15, 2020.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any accrued interest.
