New Issue: BofA prices $7.36 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 14 – BofA Finance LLC priced $7.36 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Feb. 15, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.89 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it might decline beyond 20%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
