BofA plans two-year capped Accelerated Return Notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 6 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes due February 2021 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a capped return of 15% to 19%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price and settle in February.
