New Issue: BofA sells $2.78 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 27 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2.78 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Feb. 20, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,172.80 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.14286% for every 1% that it declines beyond 12.5%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
