BofA plans leveraged buffered notes due 2020 tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, June 29 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due in 21 to 24 months linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,273 to $1,321 for each $1,000 face amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 114.286% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The Cusip number is 09709TFH9.
