BofA Finance to price leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., June 7 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due in 25 to 28 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,276.64 to $1,325.28 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
The Cusip number is 09709TEV9.
